We started Booksy because there was a significant information gap between Chinese manufacturing and overseas markets. On the surface, platforms like Alibaba and the Canton Fair seemed to offer easy access to Chinese manufacturers. However, in reality, challenges such as distance, cultural differences, and inconsistent communication often led to misunderstandings and trust issues, especially during the global pandemic when in-person interactions were not possible.
That’s why Booksy was established to act as a bridge between overseas clients and high-quality factories. By providing demand-oriented, factory-direct services with standard working processes, the group ensures that overseas clients no longer need to worry about finding suitable factories, dealing with product quality issues passively, or facing hidden costs from trade companies.
